Harnessing Creativity
By providing a supportive, safe, and nurturing environment, we make sure each child receives exactly what they need. The following are just a few examples of what Mama Rachel's Childcare provides.
Imaginative Play
At Mama Rachel's, children learn best through imaginative play that helps encourage creativity, supports social and emotional development, improve language and communication skills and develop thinking, learning and problem solving abilities.
Outdoor Play
Mama Rachel's has a fenced in backyard with numerous toys and large gross motor activities along with an outdoor playset in spring/summer time. Mama Rachel's is conveniently located to Webber Parkway playground, trails, library, and pool.
Arts and Crafts
We explore arts and crafts daily at Mama Rachel's using different kinds of environment friendly paints, markers, crayons, clay, play-do, beads, etc to help aid in fine motor skills, literacy, math concepts, creativity, and self esteem.

I am trained in Infant/Child CPR, First Aid, Child car restraint safety, SIDS/SUIDS prevention.
I believe children thrive in an environment which values their own uniqueness and individuality, while providing support and opportunities to grow emotionally, socially and creatively. By building on each child’s strengths, interests and curiosities, we can help guide each child to explore the world around them as well as develop new abilities and form close relationships.
I have met all requirements according to the state of Minnesota Rules 9502.0300 to 9502.0445.
● I have Class A License which means I am allowed to have a Capacity of total 10 children
○ Non-school-age: 6
○ Of the non-school-age children: 3 may be infants and toddlers with a maximum of 2 infants
